Good questions

When and where do I pick up?

Every 1st Wednesday of the month, 5–8pm at Kinfolx, 1951 Telegraph Ave Ste 4, Oakland CA 94612. We host a little pickup party — come early, stay late.

What wines are included?

Natural and low-intervention wines selected monthly by our team. We emphasize Black producers, small farms, and bottles you won't find at the corner store. Each allocation includes tasting notes and pairing guides.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — no commitment, no cancellation fees. Cancel before the 25th of the month and you won't be charged for the next cycle. We'll send a reminder email.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Absolutely. Email us at kinfolx@polsia.app or use your member dashboard to change tiers. Changes take effect the following month.

Do you ship?

Not currently — pickup only. This keeps costs down, saves you shipping fees, and honestly, the pickup party is half the fun. We may introduce delivery in the future.

What if I can't make pickup day?

No worries — we hold your bottles for 2 weeks. Just email us if you need to arrange an alternate pickup time and we'll make it work.
